CATS - Ventriloquism 2

I used the Quaxo costume for this, which was really stupid because, while it's less sparkly, it's got a lot more detail on it. XD;; Hopefully this page is easy enough to follow, but here's a few little explanations. Misto's on the roof, and listening in on their conversation on the porch. And in the second to last panel, Victoria's shaking her head to get her mind off of Tugger's spinning tail of seduction. XD I <3 Tugger, so silly.
Misto's hard to draw. I didn't really like Jacob Brent's makeup up close, so it's really simplified, and I'm not sure I like it...
